The market is split in: 1. Ordinary market for services paid at flat prices. 2. Training agreement with maximum brought in application of articles L2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code, which will give rise to the emission of order form. The services are paid by unit and lump sum prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include all of the renewal periods (880,000 euros HT for the ordinary market part and 800,000 euros HT for the framework agreement). Context linked to the launch of Market: the integrated water and flood management service must be able to ensure the proper functioning of the collection, regulation and transfer of rainwater.
