Description:
The purpose of the market is to select service providers (s) which, as part of a discretionary management mandate, aura/have the responsibility to create and manage a dedicated funds for the FRR. This fund (s) will be/will be made up in the form of a specialized professional fund (specialized professional investment fund, free partnership company, ...) or a financing organization (common securitization fund, specialized financing organization, ...). This fund (s) will have/the purpose of investing exclusively in medium or long -term financing operations of companies, in the form of private debts, up to at least 80% in unitranch debts and at most 20% of club debts. At least 80% of these funding must concern companies with their registered office in France, and up to 20% may concern companies with their registered office located in another member state of the euro area under conditions. The fund dedicated to the FRR will be invested mainly in French companies, in particular SMEs and ETIs, including EBITDA is included regularly between 3 and 25 million euros.
