Design study of the maneuvering organs of the 3 valves of the Right Rive Rive
The object of the market is:
- Design the new maneuvering organs on the basis of the APD studies carried out by the Shem:
- Technology retained:
- 1 parallel train reducer positioned in the middle of the valve pass
- 1 hydraulic oleo central (motorcycle) which feeds a hydraulic engine connected to the GV tree of the reducer
- Carry out the studies allowing to size and define the components of the channelKinematics of maneuvering organs
- Mechanical components
- Oleo Hydraulic components
- Electric / Hydraulic sensors
- Check the interfaces between civil engineering and the maneuvering organs / and between the maneuver organs and the control cupboards
-Provide specifications to buy or manufacture the main components of the kinematic chain
- Provide plans of the maneuvering organs integrated in the current civil engineering works
- Provide execution plans for the components to be manufactured
- Ensure, during the executionwork, the functional reception of new equipment according to the reception criteria indicated in the specifications provided previously
- Carry out the reapping of the execution plans after the work to provide a file of plans "as built".
