- The purpose of this consultation is the impression of signage on support other than papers. The services consist of the impression of standard signage but also the manufacturing services of supports which are intended to be printed so -called "tailor -made" (in particularFor event stands).
Mono-attributive framework agreements not fixing all the contractual stipulations and executed by means of subsequent markets, concluded without minimum and with a maximum annual of:
- 125,000 Euro (s) HT for lot 1
- 50,000 Euro (s) Ht for lot 2.

Samples: in order to allow the qualitative comparison of the products, the candidates must send and under penalty of rejection of their offer, the following free samples, the minimum dimensions of which will be h. 20cm x l. 20 cm and maximum h. 60 cm x l. 60 cm:

- 1 printing sample on alucobon (thickness of 3 mm);
- 1 printing sample on an unused banner (200 g / m2);
- 1 printing sample on PVC panel (thickness of 3 mm);
