Description:
The purpose of this consultation is to conclude a framework agreement relating to the management of waste produced on the various sites of the Brest/Lorient defense base. The sites are spread across the departments of Finistere and Morbihan and divided into five (5) geographical zones in Brest and surrounding areas, Saint Servais, Landivisiau, Crozon peninsula, and Lorient. The technical characteristics are specified in the CCTP of DAF_2024_000953. The contract comprises two (2) lots distributed as follows: lot 1: management of non-hazardous waste and collection areas; the estimated annual amount is 1,510,000.00 euros excluding tax. lot 2: management of hazardous waste; The estimated annual amount is 420,000.00 euros excluding tax. The contract is concluded with a minimum and a maximum in quantities of waste treated over the total duration (R. 21624 of the CCP). Minimum quantities and maximum quantities of waste processed over the total duration of the contract are: Lot No. 1: minimum quantities: 11,000 tonnes maximum quantities: 39,000 tonnes Lot No. 2: minimum quantities: 1,560 tonnes maximum quantities: 5,500 tons
