Description:
By deliberation of February 3, 2025, the municipal council approved the principle of the use of the delegation of public service (DSP) passed within the framework of the provisions of articles L. 1411-1 et seq. Of the general code of local authorities and articles R. 3126-1 et seq.public procurement. The relations between the delegate and the city of Annecy will be governed by a public service concession contract, as defined by articles L. 1121-1 of the public procurement code and L. 1411-1 of the general code of local authorities.
