- This framework agreement concerns the completion of provision for provision of collection equipment, collection of non-dangerous economic activity waste (DAE), transport and treatment of this waste, from the logistics platform of the AP-HM.
The contract is a framework agreement Mono-Attribute executed by the emission of purchase orders (on the basis of BPU) with maximum amount in application of articles L2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code. The maximum amount is defined by period:
- period n 1: 540,000.00 euro (s)- Period n 2: 520,000.00 euro (s)- period n 3: 520,000.00 euros (s)- period n 4: 500,000.00 euros (s)
The estimated amount is indicative and includes all of the renewal periods
