Description:
These services are necessary to the fight against the rambling of dogs and cats with the aim of guaranteeing hygiene and public health in the territory of the Cinor's agglomeration community (Saint-Denis, Sainte-Marie and Sainte-Suzanne). The estimated value mentioned in section 2.1.3 of this notice is that of the total amount of lots 1 and 2 over the duration of the market (48 months).
Management of the Grand Prado pound and the capture of stray animals in the territory of Cinor
The pound to manage, located at a place called Grand Prado, is equipment intended for reception and to the custody of dogs and cats found wandering or in a state of rambling up to the end of the deadlines set in article L. 211-25 of the rural code (4 working days in the French overseas departments). Its maximum capacity is 80 dogs.
The service provider will be responsible for organizing the capture of stray animals in the territory from the cinor. The captures will be made at the request of the services of the CINOR, the services of the member municipalities, the police or the gendarmerie, the SDIS, at the request of the users and according to the daily rounds made by the teams. All requests will be listed in a table weekly catches, which will be transmitted at the end of the week, to the Cinor. The service provider will have to identify among its workforce, the head of capture operations who will be the privileged interlocutor of the agents of the Cinor.
