The purpose of consultation is the management of Biodechets Span Category 3, from kitchen and table waste from public colleges in the department ofOise of the western sector (Lot1) and the East sector (Lot2), including the provision of containers, collection and treatment.
The framework agreement relates in particular to:
-The provision of containers;
-The collection of bio-waste on site and their transport to a valuation unit;
-The treatment by organic valuation of bio-waste collected in an approved unit for the processing of span C3 bio-waste;
-The traceability and monitoring of span C3 bio-waste collected and treated;
-The pre-collected visit;
-The supply of biocompostable bags;
-The service servicecommunication or awareness -raising actions if necessary.
The technical characteristics of the services are defined in the specific technical clauses common to all lots and its appendices.
