- The firm tranche relates in particular to the execution of the following management and operating services: •catering services, including meal preparation and room service, •additional catering services (buffets, cocktails, meal trays, coffee breaks, etc.), •hotel services, •the rental of meeting rooms, •reception services, management of reservations and collections linked to these services, •the supply and maintenance of kitchen linen, table and hotel services as well as staff uniforms and work clothing, •cleaning and maintenance of premises, •as well as a two-week outgoing reversibility period in parallel with the operational phase. It is also planned to services in estimated shares on prior estimate. The contract has a duration of 3 firm years and includes two one-year extension options. In application of article R2123-1 of the Public Procurement Code, this contract is a service contract social or other specific services. Therefore, it is governed by the rules of the adapted procedure. In application of article R2131-15 of the Public Procurement Code, due to the amount exceeding the European threshold of the procedure, a publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
