- With a view to developing the practice of cycling on its territory, the Pays de Blain provides residents with a long-term rental service for electrically assisted bicycles, called 'Velila'. The purpose of this consultation is to entrust a Service Provider Management Missions And Maymaintenance of a fleet of electrically assisted bicycles (vae). To date, the fleet comprises 42 e-bikes, including:- 40 E-Cardan models from the Arcade brand (16');- 2 electric-assisted family scooters, the Nihola Family model manufactured by the Nihola brand. The missions, described in the Book of CsParticular Technical lauses, Are The Following:- 1. Administrative Follow-up And Reception Of The Vae;- 2. Departure And Return Of The Vae;- 3. Maintenance Of The Vae.
