Description:
The purpose of this consultation is the services relating to human surveillance or by electronic safety systems, the guarding of furniture or buildings as well as the safety of persons in these buildings, as defined in 1 of article L611-1of the internal security code (CSI), on behalf of the municipality of Saint-Joseph and on the whole of its territory. Services are the subject of decomposition into 2 lots. The shape chosen for this market is that of the framework of the framework agreement executed by means of purchase orders with minimumand maximum passed in application of articles R.2162-2, R.2162-4 to R.2162-6 and R.2162-13 to R.2162-14 of the public procurement code. It is in this case a mono-attribute framework agreement. The amounts excluding taxes for the initial period of the market as well as for each renewal periodIf necessary, are defined as follows:- Lot No1: Gardening-surveillance- Minimum amount: 22,000 HT / Maximum: 80,000 HT;- Lot No2: demonstrations- Minimum amount: 100,000 HT / Maximum: 250,000HT.
