Description:
The subject of the consultation is the structural work and masonry for the maintenance and current rehabilitation of municipal buildings and buildings belonging to the Communal Center for Social Action (C.C.A.S.) of Puteaux located in the territory of the commune of Puteaux.

The market is notsse following an open call for tenders procedure in application of article R2124-2 1 of the public procurement code.
Major maintenance and masonry work for the maintenance of buildings
Taking into account the uncertain volume of work requested during the year, this contract is an agreement-framework of works with purchase orders within the meaning of article R2162-2 of the public procurement code including the following thresholds:
- No minimum annual amount,
- Maximum annual amount: 2,000,000 euros excluding tax
These amounts are distributed as follows between the members of the control groupof:
Commune of Puteaux:
- No minimum annual amount,
- Maximum annual amount: 1,800,000 euros excluding tax
C.C.A.S. de Puteaux:
- No minimum annual amount,
- Maximum annual amount: 200,000 euros excluding tax
As an estimate, the project owner could order:
- 900,000 euros excluding tax of services pper year for the Municipality,
- 75,000 euros excluding tax per year for the C.C.A.S.
These thresholds apply for all services.
