Description:
The Expressways and Tunnels service operates more than 45 km of expressways (RD383, RD301, RD302, M6 and M7) as well as 6 urban tunnels (Sous Fourviere Tunnel, Croix-Rousse Tunnel, Czechoslovakian Tunnel, Brotteaux-Servient Tunnel, Vivier-Merle Tunnel, Rue Terme Tunnel).
In connection with the maintenance of these roads, the service must maintain 123 hectares of green outbuildings of different types. This heritage is distributed in different areas of the current sections or entrance and exit ramps (central reservations (TPC), cleared strips, shoulders).
The works maintenance consists in particular of work such as:
- Mowing grassy areas, including under metal retaining devices,
- Linear mowing along fences, walls, GBA or in planted areas and undergrowth…etc.,
- Maintenance of anti-noise screen walls, embankments vegetated concrete…
- Weeding and cleaning of the feet of concrete elements (GBA, DBA, borders, etc.)
- Pruning, felling and pruning of trees, shrubs and hedges,
- Clearing of embankments and flat areas
- Collection and disposal of rubbish and waste before and after any operation mowing or clearing if necessary,
- The fight against processionary caterpillars,
- Fence repair work,
- Provision of equipment and personnel
