Description:
This consultation concerns the realization of non -programmable or programmed maintenance work when the consultation deadlines are not compatible with the time for carrying out operations or when the cost of the consultation is disproportionate to the cost of the costwork. These framework agreements will mainly focus on: -the safety or urgent repairs, -unforeseen maintenance work, -work necessary for the establishment of modular buildings, in particular within the framework of the multi -year rehabilitation plan for colleges.The prices of the services are established on the basis of the "Batiprix" catalog (Group Monitor Edition) applicable at the time of the emission of the order form, in application of the really executed quantities, assigned to the increase/discount coefficient fixed to the act of engagement. The framework agreement will beexecuted by the emission of purchase orders. Each batch will be the subject of a separate attribution
