This consultation concerns:
Maintenance, work and modernization of automatic parking lots systems, Motorized halls and pedestrian access doors.
Regarding the standards and prescriptions to be complied with, this market is articles R134-55 and R134-58 of the Construction Code and housing.
The maintenance contract mainly falls under the obligations according to the decree of August 9, 2006, of the decree of November 12, 1990 relating to the maintenance of the automatic doors of garages of residential buildings, the European standard NF EN 13241-1 and the decrees of July 5, 1990 and 30 June 2021 relating to the automatic garage doors.
The services include:
Complete maintenance and maintenance in proper functioning of automatic doors for collective garages, and automatic levating barriers of automated gates (sliding or opening), the door Automated sliding and the automatic hallls pedestrian swing doors.
