Description:
Maintenance work and major repairs to municipal buildings.
For each lot, this is a multi-awardee framework agreement (AC) with purchase orders and subsequent contracts, in accordance with the provisions of articles L.2125-1 1 and R.2162-1 to R.2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
He will be multi-awardees on each lot subject to a sufficient number of applications and satisfactory and regular offers:
- The minimum number of holders per lot will be two (2).
- The maximum number of holders per lot will be three (3).
