The services will give rise to the conclusion of a mixed framework agreement in accordance with the articles R 2162-2 and following of the public procurement code.
This market is with an obligation of result, particularly in terms of intervention and service.
The justification for the duration greater than 4 years is indicated in art. 3.1 of the CCAP.
The services of interviews and works related to the guarantee total are of the flat -rate type and will be carried out in the rules of the art.
The services are at unit prices whose execution is subject to the issue of a prior and regular order form issued by Paris Habitat, signed by an authorized representative.
These services may be used in the following cases:
- Services on new buildings of new buildings included during the period as defined in article 1.2.1 of this CCAP.
