Description:
The purpose of the contract is to provide maintenance, troubleshooting and repair services for the technical installations of municipal buildings in Le Raincy. The contract is divided into 4 lots:
1. Plumbing/Sanitary/Ventilations
2. Electricity (high current, low current)
3. Locksmiths/Metalworks/Glassworks
4. Coverings/Carpentry/Masonry
Plumbing/Sanitary/Ventilations
Maintenance, troubleshooting and repair on sanitary networks and equipment, and non-mechanized and mechanized ventilation (VMC).
Interventions on electrical networks and low current devices (access control, alarms,
intercoms, SSI and VDI), including compliance with NFC 15-100 standards.
Locksmiths/Metalworks/Glassworks
Opening doors, replacing locks, repairing metal/PVC/wooden frames,
glazing interventions with emergency security.
Coverings / Joinery / Masonry
Refurbishment or occasional replacement of coverings (hard and soft floors, paints,
roofing), joinery, and small masonry repairs.
