Description:
This consultation concerns the implementation of a framework agreement for the maintenance and repair of complete TPL (main line transformer, more commonly known as traction transformer) of railway equipment MI79-Mi84 of line B of the RER and the supply of the main internal components as well as accessories, peripherals and consumables.
This market takes the form of a framework with multi-attribute control (s) with two holders to the maximum and with a minimum amount and a maximum amount according to the following quantitative elements:
Performances included in the minimum amount:
-The maintenance and repair (systematic stains and on condition) for 50 TPL;
-Fournitures of internal components, accessories, peripherals and consumables (within the framework of systematic and on state stains) according to the estimated occurrences In article 2.2 of the CCTP.
Services included in the maximum amount:
-The maintenance and repair (systematic stains and on condition) for 150 TPL;
-Fournitures internal components, accessories, peripherals and consumables (within the framework of systematic and on state) according to the occurrences estimated in article 2.2 of the CCTP.
The multi-attributes' framework agreement will be awarded to the two (2) tenderers who presented the most advantageous economically in view of the judgment criteria of the offers mentioned in the article 6....
