This contract is concluded at mixed prices including:
- A global part and fixed price, including a commitment to results, relating to preventive, corrective and progressive maintenance services, of the equipment fleet known at the time of the consultation,
- And a part to purchase orders, relating to ancillary services such as the supply and small works, and preventive, corrective and progressive maintenance services for equipment added during the contract, carried out as and when the needs of the Urban Community, with no minimum amount and with a maximum total amount of 150,000 euros excluding tax over 4 years.
The services are likely to vary within the following limits:
