- This consultation has passed through Amiens Metropole on behalf of the Amiens Metropole Purchase Central (AMCA).
For each batch: this is a framework agreement, without minimum, with maximum, executed by the issue of purchase orders by any member for AMCA.
The maximum contractual amount Annual services of each framework agreement is indicated in article 3.2 of the consultation regulations.
Each batch will be the subject of a separate attribution. For lots 1 to 8 in section 1: the same operator economic cannot be awarded a number of lots greater than the maximum number of 3 three lots in accordance with the specific award methods described in article 7.2 of the consultation regulations.
No free variant is authorized and no compulsory variant of planned.
The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period which runs from January 1, 2026 (or from the date of notification of the contract if it comes later) until December 31, 2026
