Description:
The Personalized Regie Le Colisee Roubaix wishes to call on a service provider (hereinafter "the Service Provider") in order to provide cleaning services for all the premises of the Colisee - Theatre de Roubaix. The service provider must first perform periodic cleaning services,Say "regular", Colosseum premises. The service provider will also have to perform "punctual" cleaning services, including: - SHOW ACTIVITY services depending on the date of a show or event, not yet fixed on the day of this contract. - Of theExceptional cleaning operations for exceptional additional interventions (examples: during work or redevelopments, incidents in the building, ...). These actions are subject to formulas a) to g) defined in the CCAP, the CCTP and their annexes. Their descriptions and theirSpecifications are specifically detailed within annexes 1 and 2.. The purchase orders will specify the need for the Colosseum (premises to be cleaned, type of action, execution time ...). The service provider must be in a position to provide the necessary workforce for missions 365 days a year. THEMissions will take place over 47 weeks per year (5 weeks in non -worked periods).
