- The subject of the contract is: -On the one hand, the maintenance of the Horticultural Center of the city of Nîmes as well as horticultural production missions, for lot 1. -And on the other hand, the one-off or year-round maintenance of gardens, schools, squares and neighborhoods in the city of Nimes. Also including the clearing of land and roadsides. All across the city depending on the sectors for lots 2,3,4 and 5. Lot n°1 - Maintenance and production of plants at the horticultural center Maintenance of the Horticultural Center the city of Nîmes as well as horticultural production missions. The services will be remunerated by application of a global and fixed price. This contract is concluded for an initial period whose duration begins on February 25, 2026 for a duration of 12 months. NB: if notification of the contract occurs after this date, the services will then begin on the date of notification of the contract for a period of 12 months and end on the date of admission of all the services provided for in the contract.
