- The purpose of this contract is the maintenance of community green spaces located in all 40 municipalities of Roannais Agglomeration. It concerns the maintenance of landscaping, and in general the services of green and natural spaces of which Roannais Agglomeration is proprietary.owner or provides management. All of the services requested appear in the Cctp and in the unit price schedules. The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. Each lot will be the subject of a separate allocation. Services are regulated by unit prices
