- The market is a framework agreement in application of article R 2162-2 of the public procurement code.
This framework agreement will be mono-attribute and will give rise to the emission of purchase orders by the public person, under the conditions fixed in articles R2162-13 and 14 of the public procurement code.The initial duration of the short market from 01/09/2025 (or its date of notification if it is later) until 12/31/2026: the minimum purchase amount for this period is 100,000 Euro (s) excl. And the maximum amount of 350,000 euros. The framework agreement is then renewable for 2New periods of 12 months: for each of these periods, the minimum purchase amount is 80,000 euros HT and the maximum amount of 300,000 euros (s) HT
