Description:
This framework agreement relates to maintenance services of outdoor spaces open to the public in certain districts of the Trojan territory.
This market is reserved in accordance with article L2113-13 to integration structures by the economic activity mentioned in article L5132-4 of the codework and equivalent structures, when they employ a minimum proportion, set by regulation, disadvantaged workers.
At this purpose, the city of Troyes will entrust the holder of socially useful tasks, linked to the maintenance of outdoor spaces open to the public inCertain districts of the Trojan territory (Marot, Senards, Jules Guesde, point of the day, city center, etc.) but also healing interventions of cleanliness on other sites in the city.
Also, a permanent support process will be initiated to the insertion supplemented by a systemspecific support for each of the persons recruited as specified in each CCTP.
This consultation has been made according to an open tender procedure, in application of the provisions of articles L.2124-2 and R.2124-2.1 of the public procurement code.
