Description:
The framework agreement relates to maintenance services of outdoor spaces open to the public in certain districts of the Trojan territory. This market is reserved in accordance with article L2113-13 to integration structures by the economic activity mentioned in article L5132-4 of the Labor Code And equivalent structures, when they employ a minimum proportion, set by regulation, disadvantaged workers. To this end, the city of Troyes will entrust the holder of socially useful tasks, linked to the maintenance of outdoor spaces open to the public in certain districts of the Trojan territory (Marot, Senards, Jules Guesde, point of the day, city center, etc.) but also healing interventions of cleanliness on other sites in the city. Also, a permanent support process will be initiated to the completed integration of a support system specific to each of the people recruited as specified in each CCTP.
