Description:
This project must make it possible to provide preventive, corrective and progressive maintenance services, monitoring and configuration for a set of load frames intended for mechanical testing of materials in traction, compression, flexion of DGA Techniques Aeronautiques.
Mostof these means use the high hydraulic pressure generated by a fixed power plant (mineral oil at 260 bars) supplying a network and generated by mobile systems (power plants, pumps) to control the cylinders or clamping jaws.
The initial fleet is made up of machines with a range from 2 kN to 5000kN. DGA TA plans to order preventive maintenance operations on around forty machines each year.
The scope of the services concerns different families of means for which the services will be carried out:
. Hydraulic load frame and accessories: the centersales, jaws, cylinders, blocks and hoses (Moog, MTS, Zwick, etc.).
The following services will therefore be carried out by the holder under the ACC:
•Maintenance engineering support,
•Technical rounds,
•Preventive, corrective and progressive maintenance on BPU,
•Various servicesincluding adjustment on subsequent markets.
