Description:
The consultation relates to the creation of the pruning of hedges and mowing and the grinding of the shoulders, ditches, embankments and abandoned rural community routes on Cholet Agglomeration outside Cholet and its associated commune Le Puy-Saint-Bonnet.
As an indication, the services will be executedFrom October 2025.
Applications may concern one or more lots.
It is specified that a candidate can only be awarded two maximum lots with the following priority order: lot n 4, lot n 1, lot n 2, lot 3.
The candidates must present a separate offer forEach lot to which they answer.
Lot n 1: West geographical area of Cholet Agglomeration
This lot concerns services for the municipalities of: La Romagne, La Seguiniere, Begrolles-en-Mauges, Saint-Leger-sous-Cholet, Le May-sur-evre, Trementines, Vezins.For a first period ranging from its notification, until January 31, 2027, renewable, by express renewal, 2 times per period of one year.
In accordance with articles R.2113-4 to R.2113-6 of the public procurement code, the framework agreement to order form is passed with maximum annual amount,By period, (periods defined in article E of the act of engagement), as follows:
Maximum amount for the first period: 145,833.33 euros excl. Tax or 175,000.00 euros including tax
Maximum amount for the 2nd and 3rd periods (each): 104,166.67 euros HT, i.e. 125,000.00 euros TTC
