Description:
Following a declaration without action for reasons of general interest, it appeared necessary to redefine the initial need and to specify the requirements of the specifications, in order to more precisely adjust the contractual conditions and to encourage broad and qualified participation of candidates. Cette nouvelle procedure s'inscrit dans la continuite des prestations de maintenance des equipements de restauration et de buanderie assurees pour les entites membres du groupement de commandes, a savoir la Ville de Versailles et son CCAS.
Le marche decompose en deux postes est passe sous forme d'accord cadre a bons de commande sans minimum et avec maximum mono-attributaire en application de l'article R2162-4 2 du Code de la commande publique.

The contract is concluded for a period of 48 months from notification of the contract.
Purchase orders can be issued until the end of the validity of the contract.

Prices are mixed and payment terms are defined at Article 9 of the CCP.
The conditions for providing services are defined in Article 5 of the CCP.
