Description:
Following a declaration without further action for reasons of general interest, it appeared necessary to redefine the initial need and to specify the requirements of the specifications, in order to more precisely adjust the contractual conditions and to encourage broad and qualified participation of candidates. This new procedure is part of the continuity of the maintenance services for catering and laundry equipment provided for the entities that are members of the order group, namely the City of Versailles and its CCAS. The market broken down into two items went under form of framework agreement with purchase orders without minimum and with single-award maximum in application of article R2162-4 2 of the Public Procurement Code. Item 1: PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE Item 2: CURATIVE MAINTENANCE The contract is concluded for a period of 48 months from notification of the contract. Purchase orders can be issued until the end of the validity of the contract. The execution times for purchase orders are defined in Article 4 of the CCP. The revision terms are defined in Article 8 of the CCP The prices are mixed and the payment terms are defined in Article 9 of the CCP.
