Description:
The purpose of this public market is to maintain plumbing and domestic hot water systems for all Metropolitan premises in Constructys.
The consultation is initiated in the form of an adapted procedure, in accordance with the provisions of articles L.2123-1-2 , R.2123-1-3 ,R2123-2 and R.2123-4 to R.2123-7 of the public procurement code.
This is a mixed mono-attribute framework agreement. R.2162-14 ofPublic Order Code).
The services concluded on the basis of purchase orders concern:
-The preventive maintenance of the premises already identified
-The curative maintenance of all the premises
The services concluded on the basis of subsequent markets concern:
-The pre-vent maintenancepremises which would be integrated into the execution agreement during the execution of the latter.
In accordance with article R.2162-4 2 of the public procurement code, it is concluded without minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 100,000 Euro (s) HT for its total duration (including renewals).public market is concluded from its date of notification for a period of twelve months.
At the end of this first contractual period, the public market is tacitly renewable a year by new period of 12 months.
