- Description:
- The purpose of this contract is to provide maintenance services for fire extinguishers in car parks operated by the METPARK Authority. The services expected under the contract are detailed in the CCTP. this is a composite framework agreement with an ordinary market part concluded at a fixed price and part of a framework agreement with purchase orders concluded at a unit price with a maximum amount of 80,000 euro(s) excluding tax. The contract comprises a single lot and will be concluded with a single economic operator. The duration takes effect from February 2, 2026 for an initial duration of 24 months, tacitly renewable twice per 12-month period. The maximum duration of the contract, all periods combined, is 48 months. Unless renounced by the holder in the act of commitment, an advance is provided (Cf. CCAP) The maximum deadline for payment of advances and invoices is 30 days from receipt of the payment request on CHORUS PRO
