Description: The operation concerns the maintenance and renovation of the equipment related to the oxygenation devices of the Seine. In order to limit the adverse effects of wastewater spills, particularly in stormy period, 5 survival islands were set up from 1993 (Issy les Moulineaux, Rueil Malmaison, Saint Denis, Colombes and Nanterre), of which 2 were dismantled in 2021 (Issy Les Moulineaux and Rueil Malmaison) to limit fish mortalities by insusing dissolved oxygen in the Seine and by fixing fish on refuges areas as long as the state of the environment imposes it .
The materials concerned are pipelines and oxygen diffusion frames of Saint Denis Ilots, Colombes and Nanterre
