The contract covers the following services: Maintenance operations, security, repair and troubleshooting of Apec sites (multi-technical, multi-site maintenance). The scope of the services concerned is distributed as follows: A.Lot 1 - Maintenance multi-technical and general multi-site -Heating, air conditioning, ventilation and air treatment; -Sanitary plumbing; -High current and low current electricity (computer cabling, electrotechnical cabinet, regulator, lightning arrester, capacitors, high and medium voltage cell, TGBT-general low voltage switchboard-, transformers, inverters, circuit breakers, generators, etc.); -Fire safety, fire protection and smoke extraction; emergency lighting; -Automatic doors and gates ; -Mechanical locksmithing; -Electricity for lighting and secondary panels and networks; -False ceilings and floor covering; -CPCU district heating; (Compagnie Parisienne des Chauffages Urbain) -Photovoltaic solar energy production.
