- the purpose of the draft framework agreement is to maintain in operational condition and acquire equipment relating to non-destructive testing and associated services.
The scope of the framework agreement covers a set of equipment operated by the 3 armies and the Siae. These materials are repairedtis in 10 specific families and deployed in mainland France, Overseas and OPEX. These are, for information only:
-Spectrometric analysis of oils
-particle counting
-leakage control
-eddy current
-Endoscopy
-Magnetoscopy
-Radiography
-Dye Penetrant testing
-Thermography
-Ultrasound
Servicesns covered by the framework agreement cover all the activities necessary to maintain the availability of non-destructive testing type equipment. As an indication, these services are:
-Technical and logistical support;
-Management and quality assurance of supplies;
-The supplyiture of NSO consumables;
-Training in the use and maintenance of NSO consumables;
-Acquisition of equipment;
-Equipment rental with or without purchase option;
-Repair packages and overhaul;
-Diagnostics;
-Preventive, corrective and curative on site or in the factory.
this draft framework agreement is single-attribute and is subject to the procedure with negotiation in accordance with the provisions of articles L. 2324-1, L. 2324-3, R. 2324-1 , R. 2324-3, R. 2361-1, R. 2361-8 to R. 2361-12 of the public procurement code (Ccp).
