This is a shared framework agreement between the City of Avignon and SPL TECELYS, operator of the urban public transport network in the Avignon conurbation, following the signature of the agreement establishing the order group dated 04/09/2025. The objective is to enable the articulation, on the same territory, of the Traffic of the City of Avignon and Mobility of Greater Avignon skills.
The areas of intervention of each party are as follows:
- the City of Avignon operates exclusively on traffic light intersections for the sole use of motorized vehicles and soft modes, as well as on traffic light intersections for mixed TRAM, Chron'hop and VL, PL and soft mode traffic;
- SPL TECELYS operates exclusively at traffic light intersections and on its public transport network to regulate the flow of Chron'hop and TRAMWAY vehicles only
