Description:
The object of the contract is the maintenance of the mechanical testing means of the Environmental Testing laboratory (excluding radiographic means). This maintenance in operational condition is to be carried out on a set of mechanical test means from the DGA Techniques Environmental Testing Laboratory.land-based Bourges site (comprising around ten machines including shock machines and electrodynamic exciters). These machines allow mechanical tests to be carried out in order to characterize the laws of behavior of materials in a pyrotechnic environment. This maintenance in conditionoperational ion includes preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance of mechanical testing means.
This proposed contract is subject to the procedure with negotiation in accordance with the provisions of articles L 2324-1, L 2324-3, R 2324-1, R 2324-3, R 2361-1, R 2361-8 to R 2361-12of the public procurement code.
In application of articles R 2362-1 to R 2362-8 of the public procurement code, this is a framework agreement with purchase orders.
This contract includes both flat-rate services and other services that may be ordered by purchase ordernde in application of article R 2362-8 of the public procurement code.
