Description:
The subject of the contract is the maintenance of the mechanical test means of the Environmental Testing Laboratory (excluding radiographic means), .. This maintenance in operational condition is to be carried out on a set of mechanical test means of the Laboratory of DGA Techniqu Environmental Testsland-based Bourges site (comprising around ten machines including impact machines and electrodynamic exciters). These machines allow the performance of mechanical tests in order to characterize the laws of behavior of materials in a pyrotechnic environment. This maintenance in conoperational edition includes preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance of mechanical test means.
This draft contract is subject to the procedure with negotiation in accordance with the provisions of articles L 2324-1, L 2324-3, R 2324-1, R 2324-3, R 2361-1, R 2361-8 to R 2361-12 of the public order code.
In application of articles R 2362-1 to R 2362-8 of the public order code, this is a framework agreement with purchase orders.
This contract includes both flat-rate services and other services that may be ordered by vouchersorder in application of article R 2362-8 of the public order code.
