The purpose of this market is to:
-confire a service company maintenance and small repairs of plumbing equipment in common areas located in all buildings belonging to Reims Habitat;
-Definir the conditions according to which they are executed.
The frameworkFrom this market is to ensure a quality of service on plumbing installations which includes:
-the decannages;
-The maintenance work (restoration in preventive mode) following quote and recommendation;
-The processing of claims files;
-The processing of upcoming sales files (HousingOccupied or empty).
all of these maintenance work are carried out on work goods/ order formalia and/ or on stresses.
The framework agreement will be executed by the emission of purchase orders and or work.
Each batch will be the subject of a separate allocation.
The services are paid byUnit price.
Estimated amounts are indicative and include all of the renewal periods.
The operation consists of the maintenance and small repairs of plumbing in common parts for the needs of Reims Habitat
