Description:
The city of Bouguenais now has LAN and WiFi Cisco networks at the end of the maintenance and support period in December 2025. On these bases, the client decided to relaunch a contract for a period of 4 years including: - Corrective maintenance - Contractualization Supports with the Cisco manufacturer - the necessary extensions and developments over the duration of the market: LAN and WiFi administration application, servers' connection switches, in order to have optimal conditions for maintaining its operational condition of its infrastructure of its infrastructure networks. The market takes effect from January 1, 2026 or its notification date so posterior for a duration two (2) years. He will be tacitly renewable once, for a period of two (2) years, without the maximum duration being able to exceed four (4) years. This is a framework agreement with A single economic operator without minimum and with maximum under the R2162-1 and following articles of the public procurement code. Maximum amount for the initial period of 2 years: 80,000 euros HT maximum amount for the second period of 2 years: 120,000 euros excl. contractual stipulations is executed as the order form is issued, in accordance with articles R2162-13 and 14 of the order code public.
