Description:
The tower with figures, order of the State to Jean Dubuffet in 1982, was built in the departmental park of the Saint Germain island. Its very large size and its interior space "gastrovove" combining the idea of a cave and an ascending labyrinth, make it a remarkable work, Registered with historic monuments in 1992 and classified in 2008. The department acquired it from the State in March 2015 and initiated a catering program. The Figures tower opened to audiences on September 12, 2020. This work being located in an outdoor park and being open to audiences, it should be maintained regularly in order to avoid degradations which would require a new restoration project. The services are divided into two lots: - Lot 1 Annual interview with the interior epidermis and the floors - Lot 2 Epiderm maintenance outside
