- The purpose of this consultation is to provide services to support the SDIS 62 in the maintenance in operational condition and the acquisition of equipment for its infrastructure. It is thus to benefit from maintenance and management services managed from network architecture IT, fixed telephony and the system infrastructure and computer storage (management, configuration management, installation management, developments, incident and reporting management). This market will also provide and integrate new equipment as well as support services as part of the deployment. The framework agreement relates to: the maintenance of computer and telephone infrastructure;
The acquisition of servers, storage, backup of data, maintenance and associated services on behalf of the SDIS 62.
Maintenance and evolution of the IT network infrastructure of SDIS 62 sites, computer security equipment, wiring dedicated to servers rooms, boxes managing the interconnection
Curative, preventive maintenance services and associated services and equipment acquisition and associated services
Maintenance and evolution of the fixed telephony infrastructure within the various SDIS 62 sites
Maintenance and evolution of the system infrastructure and computer storage within the various SDIS 62 sites
