- this framework agreement is made up of the following elements:- a fixed part at an overall fixed price corresponding to the preventive maintenance of the intrusion alarm systems. The purpose of this operation is the maintenance and compliance of transformer stations, their cleaning,maneuvers testing the proper functioning of the various equipment. This operation must be carried out once a year (calendar year) upon notification of the framework agreement. - A part of purchase orders corresponding to the curative maintenance of intruder alarm systems.on and replacement of obsolete systems. This is a purchase order framework agreement with maximum and an economic operator. Purchase orders will be notified by the contracting authority as and when required. The amount of orders for the initial period of the contract is definedas follows: 80,000.00 Euros excl. VAT maximum per period
