The contract concerns the maintenance of all heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) installations of ARTE GEIE, located at 4 quai du Chanoine Winterer in Strasbourg, its annex building Octroi and its site located Hafenstrasse 3, 77694 Kehl (Germany). concern: 1. The site in Strasbourg, including:
with very strict service continuity requirements, as well as strict intervention conditions to ensure the safety of equipment very sensitive to the audiovisual process (approximately 6,000 m2), 2. An annex building called Octroi, including: office spaces (approximately 90 m2), a small technical room. heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC)
