Maintenance of heat pump equipment (PACI), thermodynamic (CEIT) and of their associated ventilation systems (VMC), as well as reversible air conditioning systems (air conditioning) on the entire heritage of Alpes Isere Habitat
Each batch will be the subject of a separate allocation.
The services are paid by unit and flat -rate prices.
The Present consultation concerns maintenance:
-individual heat pumps (PACI)
-Inior thermodynamic (CEIT) individual water heaters, and their associated ventilation equipment (VMC)
-Reversible air conditioning systems (mono-split, multi-split, VRV or sheaths) (CLM) and all Associated devices
Maintenance covers all interventions and work guaranteeing to permanently ensure the expected level of performance, comfort and safety of existing equipment.
Quality maintenance actively contributes to the quality of service provided to tenant customers.
Maintenance operations must meet the regulations in force and the rules of the art.
This market is of type P2 and P3.
The P2 corresponds to preventive, corrective and penalty maintenance.
The P3 corresponds to the total guarantee of equipment.
The holder is subject to an obligation of result.
