Each batch will be the subject of a separate allocation.
The services are paid by unit and flat -rate prices.
This consultation concerns the maintenance of ventilation equipment (VMC) not linked to heating equipment and technical equipment peripherals linked to these, with total warranty. They are located throughout the heritage of Alpes Isere Habitat.
Equipment lists:
-As equipment groups the SIMPLE SIMPLY FLOW SUNTIRE or HYGROGRABLABLE SUMPLE FLOW, VMC Double-Flux, VMC low pressure and systems Assisted natural ventilation (VNA) (non -exhaustive list).
-Ass associated devices (TAG NFC, depression sensor, etc.)
Maintenance covers all interventions and work intended to permanently ensure a level of performance, comfort and safety of existing equipment.
A Quality maintenance actively contributes to the quality of service provided to tenant customers.
Maintenance operations must meet the regulations in force and the rules of the art.
This market is of type P2 and P3.
The P2 corresponds to preventive, corrective and On -call.
The P3 corresponds to the total guarantee of equipment.
The holder is subject to an obligation of result.
