Description:
The market services will be the subject of a composite contract concluded:
- partly in the form of an ordinary market with a global and fixed price based on the breakdown of the global and fixed price (DPGF);
- partly in the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders in application articles R. 2162-1 to R.2162-14 of the public procurement code;
The part giving rise to a framework agreement is concluded within the following annual limits:
Lot 01 - Central sites - No minimum order - Annual maximum order 70,000 euro(s) excluding tax.
Lot 02 - Economic sites - No minimum order amount - Annual maximum order 25,000 euro(s) excluding tax.
Lot 03- Radio Site - No minimum order amount - Annual maximum order 30,000 euro(s) excluding tax
Maximum annual order for the purchase order part: 70,000 euro(s) excluding tax
Annual order maximum for the purchase order part: 25,000 euro(s) excluding tax
Maximum annual order for the purchase order part: 30,000 euro(s) excluding tax
