Description:
The purpose of this contract is to provide all upkeep, maintenance and management services for the green spaces of the Jardins des Bords de Sambre park. The services include in particular: - mowing and lawn maintenance - maintenance, monitoring and necessary interventions on the micro-forest - maintenance, pruning and training of hedges - maintenance and pruning of rose bushes - maintenance and mowing of flower meadows - maintenance of the megaphorbia - maintenance of surfaces minerals (weeding, cleaning, removal of plant and mineral waste) - replanting, replanting and plant renewal operations - maintenance of perennial beds; maintenance of trees and shrubs (care, pruning, interventions sanitary) - the management and control of invasive exotic plants and invasive plants - the installation, upkeep or maintenance of shelters for wildlife - the recharging or renewal of mulch of flowerbeds, hedges, furniture and play areas. These services are carried out in accordance with the requirements of the CCTP and according to the rules of the art as well as the standards and recommendations in force for the sustainable maintenance of green spaces.
